    Runtime Manager to support staged startup, restart and shutdown of individual processes

    Startup, restart and shutdown of an individual Citect process can be CPU and disk intensive. It would be great to be able to stage this, such that additional breathing space can be provided to other processes that run on the machine.

    While lost communication with RTU on DNP and resume the communication there should be backfillng of lost data in Edge Trend.
