Allow user to clear a record

Currently if you complete a record there is no way to clear it if it has mandatory fields.Therefore if an operator make a mistake they don't have any options rather than fixing the input data. While in many cases they may not know what to enter so they just need to clear the record and complete it when they have the right information.
