High Availability for Ampla

https://schneiderampla.atlassian.net/browse/CE-1941

[Enhancement Request]

Rio Tinto IO's IT raised the following questions about Ampla's current architecture and its support for High Availability.
"With the local-only database requirement, does that mean Ampla is incompatible with high-availability SQL solutions?.

In the future we would like to eliminate as many single points of failure in our systems as possible.
For many this does involve running 2+ copies of apps, and then pointing to a SQL ‘cluster’.
As this is multiple machines it wouldn’t be ‘local’ only.

Even if the application can’t have multiple instances sharing a database, this at least allows for a ‘hot-standby’ approach. The motivation here though is HA so;
Do you have any ways of making Ampla high-availability?
"
We have had a brief internal discussion that is outlined in the attached email thread. Raising this as an enhancement request for future considerations.

    As we transition to the cloud our HA requirements will be addressed through the cloud platform to guarantee service availability, we do not have plans to include this for on premise..
