Add CalculationType for Material Movements

Currently to use an accumulator tag as the quantity for a movement we need to define an accumulator variable and use the variable in the quantity expressions. The variable needs to be triggered at the same time as the movement. If we add CalculationType for the quantity of a movement then we don't need the extra step of adding the variables and keeping them sync with the movements.
Also if the delta is 0 for the quantity then Ampla should not capture the movement as it will fail.

    Closing this as there is an existing workaround for this and low impact as a result of not implementing.
