Limit for number of records in PA

We have got many complains from Polyus about out of memory exception for clients even after upgrade to V7.3 and 64 bit PA. Support has suggested customer to set the MaxQuerySize however this will restrict any client call including clr and webservice which is essential for yearly and monthly reports.
I suggest to have another property to limit number of records for PA and a message in PA that shows only this number of records are returned so they know there might be more records that they won't see and make them use filters to refine the data
