Hierarchy in other modules

This request came from Curragh. They have so many assets to be made available for the user to choose in knowledge module based record.

The drop-down list will be huge and it takes very long for user to select etc. that way.

Can we have a lookup list for hierarchy similar to what we have in downtime module for cause locations for other modules?
