[Problem Summary]
Web service GetData method returns the Name property of Downtime Cause location rather than 'Display name'. But customer wants it can return the display name just like in PA. Please see the attached screenshot.

1. Set the display name of cause location to Russian
2. Use the Getdata method to get the downtime records and check the cause location.

Customer uses web service for reports, he wants a Russian display name for cause location instead of item name.
