Movement without specifying LG from a WC with Mandatory LG

Currently if you have a movement from a WC you have to specify the Source LG, otherwise it consider the movement from NULL LG.
In reality, in many cases the movement out of a WC requires to move material out of all lot groups in the WC as there is only one measurement available in the output.
Suggestion is if a WC has Mandatory LG, meaning there is no NULL LG, allow movement without specifying LG and in this case move material from all LGs in the WC.
