Show in details property for budget and target fields


[Problem] Requesting to have ShowInDetails property for Budget/Target fields to hide it on PA Edit record window.

Note: Currently visibility of Budget/Target fields is under control of its associated field showInDetails property

[Possible Cause] Unable to hide the Budget\Target field under edit record window on PA

[What is the impact to Customer/s] Cutomer is unable to perform below things:

clients just want to fill out the actual data, but don't want to see the plan fields(Budget\Target) in ShowInDetails window.
Especially it is not convenient when we have many fields in ShowInDetails window.
But Budget/Target we use when get this data by GetDataByLocation SP, when we generate reports for instance
