Option to use summary type from field for aggregation behaviour in charts

[Problem Summary]
Customer wants the Summary type of field can apply in the Line chart for Inbound material flow. Currently if we have a number of records in PA for the same period (e.g. 6am), and the summary type of selecting field to chart is set to “Mean”, however when charting, “Sum” is used on the line chart instead of 'Mean', please see the screenshot.

[Steps to Reproduce]
1. Find a test project with Inventory defined and add some movements records.
2. Select Inbound Material Flow, and set the field to chart, the Summary type of this field is 'Mean'
3. Check in the Line chart, the summary type is Sum instead of Mean

It is important to the client that the graphs portray the mean value for quality of the analytes.

    With the new charts for Inventory in Production Analyst there is an aggregation behaviour property which allows the selection of average or sum.
