Allow Material conversion to calculate source quantity based on destination quantity

Usually when a material conversion happens in a work center, output movements from that work centers will be in the new material so the measurement available is destination quantity not source. So it will be useful if using a material conversion could calculate the source quantity based on the destination quantity.
