[Problem Summary]
Customer need the KPIs on their business, formulas are like below
MTBF: mean time between failure fx= total time/no. of downtime
MTTF: mean time to failure fx=uptime/no of failure
MTTR: mean time to repair fx= uplanned downtime time/ no of failure

when denominator is zero, check attached image.
MTBF = Total time
MTTR = 0
MTTF =uptime

KPIs' each period has option to set "DivideByZeroValue", you can set a numeric value, or infinity, NAN, however you cannot point to a resolver. Customer wants to have ability to set value to one of the resolvers when KPIs become infinity cause by divide by zero.

    Metrics module is heavily used by our customers, and this has not been requested previously therefore there is inadequate business justification to invest in this idea.
