Update Duration for manual downtimes

In Ampla, duration is automatically updated only for open downtimes captured by Ampla (automatic).

Manual open downtime durations are not updated automatically.

Usually, a code item has to be written to update the duration of manual downtimes.

Reference Polyus:

A downtime that is not closed always has 0 duration.

This greatly distorts the statistics and is perceived as an error. The value of the analytical capabilities of AMPLA is greatly reduced.

It is necessary to consider the duration for the current time - from the moment of downtime to now.

We need to fix this problem in AMPLA.

All our users consider this is error.
