We created this site to hear your enhancement ideas, suggestions and feedback about AVEVA products and services. All of the feedback you share here is monitored and reviewed by the AVEVA product managers.

Business Rules in Production Reporting Points

It would be handy if we could utilise row colour coding (Business Rules) in the production module client grid view (as per the current functionality in the Downtime module).

Enabling this feature would greatly enhance the power of the grid view in the Ampla client .

Users (at times) will be tasked with locating Production data rows that need attention for any number of reasons. These include:

  • Correct spikes in data

  • Highlight out of spec rates / machine states

  • Invalid context fields (e.g. Mining - Train Loadout may not be recording a valid train id. It would be ideal to highlight this issue for faster resolution in the data source).

I believe this enhancement may also encourage increased use of the Ampla client interface when analysing asset/process production/operating context data.
