We created this site to hear your enhancement ideas, suggestions and feedback about AVEVA products and services. All of the feedback you share here is monitored and reviewed by the AVEVA product managers.

Add ability to control the time frame that the quick complete values are calculated for

Having the ability to control this time frame may be necessary in the following scenarios:

  1. Ampla DT RT has a large/long history of delay capture. Event record completion combinations from the past may no longer be condoned due to introduction of new cause codes or business rules (i.e. the business wants the delays to be completed differently in the future). May want to only use last 12 months as ref for quick complete.
  2. Ampla DT RT has a large/long history of delay capture (12yrs +, with 10's of thousands of event records). Can this cause performance issues with either the server or client.
  3. Customer only wants to refer to the last week or month due to seasonal issues being the common problem at that time.
