[Problem Summary]
When query the downtime records in Gantt chart with Point lables enabled, the timestamp information overlapped, compressed and illegible as shown in the attached screenshot. Customer wants this kind of text information can be adjusted, staggered, resized or sit forward infront of the chart sections.

2. Select the Gantt chart and with Point label enabled, you can find the issue
