[Problem Summary]
SPC methods in Russia are regulated by GOST 50779.42-99 – ISO 8258-91.
It is said in the standard that if it is not possible to exist negative values for the parameter, LCL should not be calculated – LCL can not be a negative value if parameter have no negative values.
Currently we did not find in Quality module how to switch off LCL calculation if - 3δ is negative, but control parameter can not be negative.

The workaround we wanted to suggest was to switch off Statistical Studies and save as a favorite.
But these chart settings are not saved in favorites.

this is not reproducible , the backup file is attached, project db, state db, repository db, extra db . restore all database
