Allow Lot Group Balance as a source field for LG RP evaluated fields

It is common requirement to have the capacity of a LG and calculate the remaining capacity of it from its balance. Currently there is no good way of achieving this, but as the capacity is usually set in the LG RP, making the balance available for evaluated fields in LG RP can be an easy and logical way to achieve this. Same can be applied for Lot RP
