Support Controls on Industrial graphics for OMI web client (Blazor and Angular)

InTouch supports .NET controls on graphcis but OMI does not. With the introduction of the Blazor web client technology, there is an opportunity to address this parity gap. It is proposed that web client allows the placement of controls (specifically Blazor and Angular) directly onto Industrial graphics.

This should work similar to how OMI apps work today but for web friendly technologies. This will require an SDK that exposes the OMI and OMI web client features and components for use in these controls. A user can use the SDK tobuild a custom control and place it in a layout or on an industrial graphic. But they can also grab a 3rd party control and import it and place it in a layout or on an industrial graphic and have its properties and methods exposed.

    Yes, but Web widgets have no SDK today. In other words, there are no official hooks into the insides of OMI like the OMI App SDK provides e.g. access to security, model, layouts etc. A web widget today is more or less just pure HTML and JS with little or no understanding that it runs inside OMI. Web widget creation was never intended to be a user-facing activity (in fact, most documents on the subject has some big red letters that state it is not a production-ready generally available product feature).

    We need an OMI app sdk that is web friendly and user-facing. CVS has actually created this for us and we intend to adopt and adjust that SDK to allow users to create content using things like Angular, Blazor or even React and still directly interact with the OMI application environment.
