Allow reparenting

In older versions of application server there was a workaround to reparent a template/object - that is, to change its derivation structure. As it was never a supported feature, this was broken with the introduction of object wizards in 2017. We need a supported easy method to change the derivation structures - moving an object(/s) or template(/s) and their derivations to be derived from another template.
