Add Drag&drop function to group or reorder graphic elements in tree

Currently, grouping elments in an Indutrial Graphic and reordering them is not intuitive. You need to select one or more elements, then type F8 or F9 many times to move them up and down. Adding an element to an existing group is also complicated.

I suggest to add drag&drop capability to the element tree, like it is done in the model tree in the IDE:

  • To create a group, drag&drop an element over another one

  • To add an element to an existing group, drag&drop over the group name, or even between to group members (before or after)

  • To remove an element from an existing group, drag&drop it to the background (as there is no root node)

  • To move an element or group up and down, drag&drop it between two exsting elements

This would me more intuitive and much faster to organize the element tree.
