We created this site to hear your enhancement ideas, suggestions and feedback about AVEVA products and services. All of the feedback you share here is monitored and reviewed by the AVEVA product managers.

Shelving of alarms not working within OMI Navigation App

Shelving alarms is a useful function, and works fine within the alarm apps in OMI. But when enabling alarming function in the Navigation menu in OMI, shelving alarms does not affect navigation menu. Leading to the operators stop using shelve functionality, since the object with the shelved alarm is still indicated on the area/object in nav menu. Having to create suppress/disabling of alarmhandling within the PLC logic as a workaround.
