We created this site to hear your enhancement ideas, suggestions and feedback about AVEVA products and services. All of the feedback you share here is monitored and reviewed by the AVEVA product managers.

Make it possible to use the Area Hierarchy option independently of view app navigation

Today the area hierarchy option is a mirror of the view app navigation. So it is not possible to use this without referencing the model in the view app navigation.

In some cases it is not desirable to expose the model when using the NavTreeControl. But it should still be possible to view the model in the Alarm App's "Area Hierarchy".
