Limit OMI instance to 1 per User

Hi Team,

I've got an overconsumption of computing resources due to plant operators opening many instances of OMI on their sessions (sometimes I've got 1 user with 13 INSTANCES RUNNING).

It would be nice to limit with a MessageBox telling the user that he already has an instance running and therefore let him choose between killing the existing instance and launching a new one, or switch to currently running ViewApp.
