We created this site to hear your enhancement ideas, suggestions and feedback about AVEVA products and services. All of the feedback you share here is monitored and reviewed by the AVEVA product managers.

Reduce the size for Intouch OMI Application

Hello, We can see that the size for an OMI Application can exceed more than 1Go if you have a huge Galaxy with a lot of objects (graphics). The resaon is that for now, All Graphics, All Widgets, and All Apps are compiled even if you just have 1 Layout and One graphic inside the layout and not asset affected to this OMI Application.


So my demand is : Can you add the same functionnality as Intouch HMI : "Associate Galaxy Graphics" to Include or not all the graphics (and apps, and Widget) whith this application.


Thanks to this feautres, the OMI application will compile only the content associated in the layouts and the assets linked to this OMI application and we will reduce the size for the OMI Application, and the time for the deployement and the launching of the application too.
