We created this site to hear your enhancement ideas, suggestions and feedback about AVEVA products and services. All of the feedback you share here is monitored and reviewed by the AVEVA product managers.

Improve Text input controls in OMI

Improve user controls that enable text inpout inside OMI. Controls like text inputs still behave like the early days of InTouch where it was interesting to indicate to user he clicked and there is something to input.

In modern User Interfaces input fields can be found in many interfaces doesn't behave in this manner — the cursor is directly embed in the textbox, and the user can just type text. This is a well-established pattern and should be supported in OMI
