OSM Improvement proposal - Button to report errors on drawings/ P&IDs

"Sometimes when you make insulation plans, drawings appear with errors that cannot be marked or have other bugs. How about a button in the same image that you can report errors on P&IDs directly to those working on it? Because quite frankly when you're working on an insulation plan, you don't bother to deal with that particular problem then and there. And then it's quickly forgotten and unfortunately not done. Comment from Per Sunde: Could have had a link to AVEVA NET - and preferably a button in AVEVA NET for feedback that the P&ID is incorrect."
