OSM Improvement Proposal - Not possible to remove points in an isolation list during modification

"User requested priority of P3 Medium There was a need to move the barriers in an isolation that had been set and activated. In COW there are a number of interlocks which, among other things, mean that it is not allowed to remove points on an isolation even if you replace that with another. I don't understand why it shouldn't be allowed to remove a point in an isolation if you see during execution that you have to make changes. The entire list that is set in the status "for modification" must be re-approved by the area manager who is then also responsible for the insulation being adequate after modification. This leads to a lot of extra work and frustration. You risk giving up and making changes on a piece of paper and not in COW. Comment from Per Sunde: There are a number of challenges in deleting point from an existing approved list with regard to numbered points - numbers on printed slips that no longer match, etc."
