New System Tag to receive external commands to Reset the connection on specific devices

Adding an external PLC channel reset System Tag feature would significantly improve operational reliability. This capability is particularly important in scenarios such as PLC reboots, communication interruptions, or network-related outages, where manual intervention becomes necessary to restore system functionality. It's also relevant when OCMC access is limited to users, and hundreds of devices need to be managed.

Introducing this enhancement would provide greater flexibility, reduce downtime, and streamline troubleshooting for site operations.
