[PlantSCADA] Make connector activity visible in PlantSCADA UI

The main issue is that if you stop Plant SCADA while a backfilling operation is ongoing but the Connector is still working, then we get the issue that data is written on wrong blocks into historian.

To successfully complete the backfill operation, both the connector and the SCADA Runtime must be available.

As the user has no way to actually know that a backfilling operation is ongoing, we would like to raise an Enhancement request to ask for a way to inform the user of this, to at least know if they can stop Plant SCADA or not.

    This request is for some visibility of the status/activity of the PlantSCADA Connector to Historian, somewhere in the PlantSCADA GUI, correct?
