OS-Configuration Utility needs an option to not overwrite existing Firewall rules during upgrades.

We are using System Platform 2023
----
After our normal installation and hardening, we have 22 firewall rules on the system.

After installing the SP, (with OS-Configuration Utility) we suddenly have 245 rules.

See attachment for details.

Requirement:

-When installing a service patch, an update must not disable or modify a hardened system, such as the Windows firewall in this case.

1) Parameter transfer for installation is sufficient for us. So something like “OS-Configuration-Utility.exe -NoWinFirewallChange”.

Keyword is Silent Installation Parameter.

2) Selection/deselection via GUI using “Customize Installation” is also ok for us as an option, but point 1) is clearly preferred.

I'm reassigning this to Application Server since it's mostly relevant to System Platform.

The stand-alone HMI will move away from using the OS Configuration Utility.
