We created this site to hear your enhancement ideas, suggestions and feedback about AVEVA products and services. All of the feedback you share here is monitored and reviewed by the AVEVA product managers.

To start, select the product of your interest in the left column. Then take a look at the ideas in the list below and VOTE for your favorite ideas submitted by other users. POST your own idea if it hasn’t been suggested yet. Include COMMENTS and share relevant business case details that will help our product team get more information on the suggestion. Make AVEVA documentation directly accessible to AI agents and tools in structured, machine-readable formats.

AVEVA documentation today is optimized primarily for human consumption. Increasingly, end users are relying on AI assistants and agents to help them understand products, troubleshoot issues, and accelerate implementation. Providing official documentation in structured, machine-readable formats that agents can reliably access would significantly improve user experience, reduce support friction, and speed product adoption.

This would enable end users to get accurate, contextual answers directly from AVEVA-authored content, rather than relying on incomplete or unofficial sources. As AI-assisted workflows become standard, making documentation accessible to agents will be an important step in keeping AVEVA products easy to adopt and competitive in modern engineering environments.

    Thank you for your feedback. This has been passed to the Tech Pubs team who oversee our documentation website. It cannot be fulfilled as a feature of InTouch HMI but we will gladly endorse your idea.
