Alarm journal for comments

When operator acknowledge the new alarm there the option only for one comment. In reality the maintenance procedure can take time and include a lot of steps, including different teams interactions, management approvals and etc.

this tool will be very useful for operators of big plants where the dedicated alarm journal is the option to know exactly what happened, when, where and who is the person for this.
for example, operator acknowledge the alarm and write that maintenance is under electric team. After some time electric team add comment that this event is under mechanical team responsibility. And after a time mechanical team add final comment that part is shipping awaiting. When alarm is closed, every person can see exact history of any alarm and what is happens during time.
