We created this site to hear your enhancement ideas, suggestions and feedback about AVEVA products and services. All of the feedback you share here is monitored and reviewed by the AVEVA product managers.

POST your own idea if it hasn’t been suggested yet. Include COMMENTS and share relevant business case details that will help our product team get more information on the suggestion. Improve Tagname dictionary UI

The tagname dictionary UI is not user friendly.

  • When selecting a tag, add a filter box. The filter tags method that currently exist is painfully tedious.

  • The radio buttons to decide what's displaying (main,details,alarms,details and alarms) is unecessary, just show all the things.

  • Get rid of the buttons that open other windows, just put the options in combo box's

  • Add some margins and align items. It feels like a clustered mess.

    I could not agree more. This is high on my wish list for enhancements to the InTouch application development experience. We have floated some conceptual ideas through our UX research program where customers and partners have had a chance to provide feedback, and we will try to fit this into our planning for coming versions.
