Enable extension values to be visible in the Grid View

The request shown below was asked for by Mohammed Ameenuddin:

"Assuming the customer standards are built in to ISM along with mapping to different data sources through extensions or configuration schemas. How can we displaying say attributes along with its mapping to different data sources in a consolidated list view in the ISM UI?"


To do this I would like the right click menu accessed from the column headers (see Pictures) in the grid view (both at object level (e.g.: Classes, Attributes, etc (see images '_MicrosoftTeams-Image_' and '_MicrosoftTeams-Image(1)_')) and at the permissible level (e.g.: Permissible Attributes on Classes (see image '_Permissible Attributes Capture_'))) to be able to have the option to show extension values. To enable this, but not overload the options in this menu I am requiring that these are only values found in Config Schema and we have an option in the metadata of the Config Schema property to identify whether this should be visible in the Grid View menu. In Property Settings/General section (see image '_Property Settings Capture_') I suggest having an additional tick box called "Show in Grid View" In the appropriate Right click menu we should see the option of _Group: Property Name_ or _SubGroup: Property Name_ this is placed at the bottom of the menu If selected the Grid View would have the column name of _Group: Property Name_ or _SubGroup: Property Name_ with all of the valid values This would then make the specific property available to be selected to be viewed In the appropriate Grid view so long as the Applicable Class Libraries and Concepts has been defined in the extension point.
