We created this site to hear your enhancement ideas, suggestions and feedback about AVEVA products and services. All of the feedback you share here is monitored and reviewed by the AVEVA product managers.

Implement use of Nested Enumerations

In ISM a nested Enumeration can be created within the product where an enum list item can have other list items underneath it. however we do not enable attributes, or any other object, to use this.

An example where this may be useful is that we may want to specify the PAU breeakdown as a nested enum list and then specify the attributes Plant Area Unit to map to these nested Enum list at the right level meaning the value picked at the Plant level wil filter the othe right nest at the area level and similarly down to unit.
