Reflect changes in Permissible Attribute properties in Permissible Grid

When downloading a Permissible Grid from a class Library it only reflects the Atrribute properties and ignores the Permissible Attribute Properties. This is understandable where, for example, a name of a property might be changed at the permissable leve of a single class, but the attribute name is used for all other classes. this will however lead to complaint from the customer that this is not reflective of the Class Library that they have created. I therefore suggest the following changes:

  1. Where the permissible attribute property is changed at the abstract level, and this name is used on all of the classes displayed, it should be used in the header.

  2. Where the permissible attribute property is changed at a single class level, a comment is place in either the attribute header, or in the intersection of the class within the grid identifuing that an additioanl value is being used for that specific class

We should not generate multiple instances of the Attribute, and proberbly can't, as they use the same ID
