Tag Labels

From Jon Tomkins. Following up on an old enhancement request from the Aussies on ISM.

It may not be seen as high priority but wanted to flag a pain point for implementation – when we are attempting configuration management of compositions, as today, and changing to older versions which might be months or a year or more old, it is very difficult to know what exactly a tagged release was for.

We think this could be made clearer with a text label accompanying the version tag.
