Graphical Meter Summary screen & prediction - color codes

For example, if the meter has "System Predictions" enabled, the current meter reading is usually "System Estimate" data. Baseline colour for estimate is BLUE. The expectation is that, the current Gas Day's cell within the Graphical Meter Summary grid should display BLUE. Not Green. Green is the default colouring. The correct colouring is applied only when the Gas Day has fully elapsed.

Problem Statement

Using Measurement Advisor (Sightline), the current Gas Day cell within the Graphical Meter Summary grid is always green if data is present.

Expectation

The expectation is that, the current Gas Day's cell within the Summary grid form should accurately represent the latest data state.

Idea business value

To improve user experience for Measurement Advisor/Sightline.

The user finds the current Gas Day cell being green is misleading.
