Are there plans in the future to add water level to tanks?

Batch transfer application has the capability of compensating for sediment and water in order to calculate an NSV. A batchXfer record can be configured with an S&W (%) input analog for the purpose. Is there any plan to adopt that into tanking application in future releases of Pipeline Operations for Liquids?

    Is the request for Free Water in the tank or just a S&W% to apply or both? For Free Water, if a level was provided, then the oil would the volume from the top level to the free water level.
