We created this site to hear your enhancement ideas, suggestions and feedback about AVEVA products and services. All of the feedback you share here is monitored and reviewed by the AVEVA product managers.

First Classififer field

Rio Tinto currently populates a custom field called 'First Classifier' that is populated when an operator enters cause,classification. Currently, this is achieved via action/code items dependent on RCEs generated by downtime reporting points. Rio Tinto would like AVEVA to assess the possibility of making this functionality part of the product.

    Linked to seperate idea relating to classified by, the first classifier could be viewed via the audit history for that field if we implemented it but regardless this information can now be seen under the audit history for the record anyway.

    BHP WAIO raised the same request at the BHP-AVEVA upgrade proposal meeting today.
