New standard field to capture 'classified by' user

Business impact: It would be very helpful to have the "Classified By" field to capture the actual user info who classifies the record (any of the change makes to the fields Cause Location, Cause and Classification). This should be different to LastModifiedBy field, because the LastModifiedby field can be a simple user from code item, and it can overwrite the actual user name who classifies the records.
