multi constraint function

to be able to constraint multiple project points in one model. it is useful for equipment with multiple control setpoints such as a distillation column or furnace. in these two cases operator has the freedom to independently adjust multiple controller setpoint. each setpoint change will drive the equipment to a different operating mode. the more controllers the more combinations of operating window it has. hence it's best to constraint those control variables as input points instead of generating deviation alarms on it.

this function would be extremely helpful for static equipment application. the attached control scheme shows how a typical distillation column is operated with multiple controllers, which is a typical use case for multi constraint point
