to be able to choose constraints in transient mode other than elapsed time

Currently, transient models are constrained to elapsed time. We frequently apply transient models to Steam Turbine run down to compare vibration signatures. A change in vibration during run down could indicate a 'rub' inside the machine or impending blade failure. Not every run down of the same turbine will take the same time, it is dependant on external factors. Constraining on speed will allow the vibration signature to be mapped more accurately and provide more reliable results.

We need to be able to choose the constraint on a Transient model, the default of elapsed time is not always a good fit. Take a Steam Turbine run-down, they do not always take the same time to roll out and it would be much more beneficial to constrain against speed.
