Welcome to our new feedback site!

We created this site to hear your enhancement ideas, suggestions and feedback about AVEVA products and services. All of the feedback you share here is monitored and reviewed by the AVEVA product managers.

Plot By Record Not Timestamp in Web

The idea is to be view plots in Web by record, as opposed to Timestamp. This is useful when data does not come in at a consistent rate (ex. mobile assets), or when there are large gaps in time between when the asset runs. This functionality is currently available in Client on the Trending and Data Playback screens, and it makes it much easier to see long-term trends when there are those gaps.

This should be added as a User Preference to allow users to always plot by record (or timestamp) by default if they want to, although with controls on the charts to switch back and forth if needed.
