Ability to sart kernel on startup

While developing and testing it is often helpful to see the kernel; we used to start it all the time on development PCs for convenience. [Debug]Kernel has beeen removed as of 7.5 ( Due to extra security; which has been needed fro a long time)

    In Plant SCADA 2023 R2 i see it is appeared a password on kernel. This password is a PC password ? In which group we need add current user to unblocked kernel ?

    Plant SCADA 2023 R2 now implements running the Kernel as a service and therefore this idea has also been completed as a result.
