New alarm type (like Double point status alarm) which support 64 states

V2023R2 introduced the double point status alarm. This type of alarm can handle 8 different states. This very limited. Should be at least 32 states or preferrably 64.

For every piece of equipment you would only need to define one alarm

    please provide real world use case for validity. IEC61850 standard has clear definitions of the 4 states required by a single time stamped integer tag
