The SA Treeview needs an option to hide the cluster node

One major use of clustering is for distributed processing on large sites. In this case it makes no sense for the cluster name to be part of the equipment tree as it may be arbitrarily assigned and named.

Idea business value Larger sites will easily be able to abstract their topologies from their system models so that a coherent plant representation can be made without modification to the shipped libraries
