New Plant SCADA Anywhere configuration tool without MSHTA dependencies

Systems using Microsoft Credential Guard for Intune will increasingly be following IT industry guidance to block HTA files from execution. These customers need an alternate method of configuring Anywhere that does not depend on .HTA / MSHTA.exe being unblocked by security policy.
