Ability to view and export trend data in SCADA trend server or from SCADA Connector for better debugging.

I ran into an issue where I want to see how many months of trend data is cached in SCADA Trend server, and I would like the ability to manually export this data for manual import into Historian.

Idea business value

We require the ability to pull trend data out of the SCADA Trend server cache, from any time, for manual import into Historian after failures of SCADA Connector. Currently, if I want to import data from 5 months ago that still lives in the trend cache, I need to change the SCADA Connector to pick up the last 5 months worth of data, which takes a very long time.
